Follow these easy steps for a whiter smile. Step 1: Accelerator Rinse: Rinse for 30 seconds with contents of one of the pouches labeled 'accelerator rinse'. Step 2: Dry Touch Whitening Wraps: Using a mirror, apply whitening wrap on lower teeth first and then upper, pressing firmly for about 5 seconds against teeth. Wear whitening wrap for 30 minutes. Step 3: Accelerator Rinse: Repeat step 1 with contents of the remaining 'accelerator rinse' pouch. Step 4: Dry touch whitening wrap: Repeat the procedure in step 2. Step 5: Whitening Rinse: Rinse for 30 seconds with the pouch labeled 'whitening rinse'. Enjoy visibly whiter teeth in just 1 hour! To maintain a whiter smile, use this product every 3 to 6 months or as needed.
