Use daily to help reduce plaque buildup and the risk of gingivitis. Do not use if tamper evident package seal is broken. Dispose of each flosser after use. Directions for Use: Flossing: While holding the handle, gently guide the floss between your teeth using a zig-zag motion. Move floss away from the gumline in a gentle back and forth, up and down motion alongside each tooth to remove food particles and plaque. Rinse floss as needed and repeat for each tooth. Gum Simulator and Pick: Guide pick into space between teeth. Gently use in and out motion to clean teeth and stimulate gums.
