Usage Instructions
Directions: Use on dry nails to ensure smooth edges. To shape nail edges, hold selected emery surface at a slight angle just under the nail edge. File in one direction toward the center of the nail. File other side in same manner. When buffing the nail surface, always buff in an up-and-down motion. Clean nail residue and dust from nails prior to applying base coat or polish. Rinse block clean using clear tap water and allow to air dry.
