Usage Instructions
Cold Therapy: Place room-temperature pack in freezer for at least one hour for maximum performance. Place pack on affected area with plush side applied to skin. Always use cloth or paper towel when handling non-plush side of pack. Do not apply cold pack for over 20 minutes at a time. If pack causes discomfort, remove from body immediately. If gel beads contact body, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Heat Therapy: Wrap room-temperature pack in towel and place in center of microwave. Microwave pack for 25 seconds and test pack temperature for comfort. If pack is not warm enough, reheat for 15 more seconds. Pack should be warm, not hot. If pack is too hot for comfort, allow pack to cool on tabletop until a comfortable temperature is reached. Place pack on affected area with plush side applied to skin. Always use cloth or paper towel when handling non-plush side of pack. Do not apply heat pack for over 20 minutes at a time. If pack causes discomfort, remove from body immediately. If gel beads contact body, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Easy to Apply: Hold gel pack over body part, plush side against skin.
