Usage Instructions
How does this product work? This product contains a lactase enzyme that your body may not produce enough of. It works in harmony with your body to help you digest dairy. This is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and may be used by adults and children 4 years and over. How do you use this product? Take 1 caplet with your first bite of dairy food. If necessary, you may take 2 caplets at one time. If you continue to eat foods containing dairy after 30-45 minutes, take another caplet. How often can you use this product? May be used every time you eat food containing dairy - every meal, every snack, every day.
