Uses
Relief of occasional constipation
Generally produces bowel movement within 12 to 72 hours
Warnings
Ask a doctor before use if you have
• stomach pain
• nausea
• vomiting
• noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts over a period of 2 weeks.
Ask a doctor before use if
• you are presently taking mineral oil.
Stop use and ask doctor if
• you have rectal bleeding or fail to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative. These could be signs of a serious condition
• you need to use a laxative for more than 1 week.
If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away.
Tamper Evident: Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing. Keep box for important information.
Directions
• This dose may be taken as a single daily dose or in divided doses.
User Group
Adults and Children 12 Years and Over
Take 1-3 softgels by mouth daily.
Children 2 to Under 12 Years
Take 1 softgel by mouth daily.
Children Under 2 Years
Consult a doctor.

• Each softgel contains: sodium 7 mg. Store at temperature 15 degrees to 30 degrees C (59 degrees to 86 degrees F).
